UT County tying club?!

I'm looking to start/join a tying club in UT county. I have talked with a few guys who like the idea but I have not heard of anything happening. I talked to Paul and Greg at Lone Peak and we can do it at the shop. Please let me know if you are interested. Jason B, Curtis, Jason from TU- I know y'all said you'd be in... anyone else? I'm thinking Monday night if that works. I don't know a lot of you, but I promise I don't bite. Email me @ Floormarshall@msn.com- If we get a few guys to do it we can start soon.

I'd be to most of them. Wednesday is my preference but could probably do other nights. In the past, Jason B could only do it on weekends or Mondays so that was why Monday was pushed as the day.

It sounds like Monday and Tuesday are out- I don't like Wed, but if that's best for everyone let me know. I'll talk to Greg. I know Jason B really wants to do it, so I'll talk to him about it as well.

I'm not much of a tyier but I'll join in for the hell of it. any day is good for me except the weekends. wife has me booked usually

Jason's only good time is Monday night or Saturday. I'm ok either way, but Weds would work best for me if I had to choose. Since it's more of a burden on Greg sticking around the shop, I'd defer to his choice....

I still need a little more feedback on the Utah Valley tying "club". If anyone is interested let me know. I talked with Greg at Lone Peak and he is excited to host it at Lone Peak. I need to have a fairly accurate count for logistics... Let me know.

Just some advice, Spanks: No matter how many people say they will show up, you'll only have two or three actually attend. We've been doing this for almost three years and it's yet to take better hold.

I say, make an executive decision on the day and time, announce it and then those who want to come will come.

I think I'm teaching a tying class there at LP on Tuesday night, so Weds would be fine with me for the tying club.
