Anybody seen a hatch of flying spiders???

rounded a bend on the south fork this weekend and looked up and the air was thick with a hatch of spiders clinging to their webs and sailing along in the wind. they must have decided to make the suicide plunge on the up wind side of the river, hoping to expand their teritory on the other side. a lot didn't make it. the spiders i saw were small (size 22 or less) and can't say i saw any fish jumping for them (or much else for that matter). anybody else seen this????

I have seen this many times while out hunting ducks on the local marshes. Sometimes you can look up and continually see dozens floating away from morning to night. Pretty cool!
