PMD Instructions?

Does anybody have some instructions on how to tye a PMD, or somewhere I can find them?
I have looked through the forums and didnt find any INSTRUCTIONS on how to tye the fly.

What stage?

DUN or SPINNER, or both?

Duns - Tie up the same pattern as an adams (any variation you want), but instead of grays and browns, use creams and yellows. And some rusty browns, or just an adams for the males.

Spinners - IMO, you can't beat a rusty spinner.

Every fly shop in the world worth a damn will teach you how to tie that pattern. If they wont dont buy there any more. I know because I have been to all of them. Okay maybe not the whole world.

That's my reocurring suggestion to guys that come on here asking about tying a pattern. I went today in fact to fish tech and Lance showed me a caddis pattern.

It true tho it is tied just like a bwo or adams just with different colors.
