Strawberry river

I need some help. What to use on Strawberry river up from the pinnacles. I fished there last week with a grey hackle yellow and I caught all of 2 fish. 1 was 6" long and the other was about 3". Beautiful place to fish, but we sure didn't have much success. So I was wondering what some of you use and how do you fish this paritcular stretch of river. Thanks

It fish killed down that low. Not much there don't bother going back for a few years.

Tightline, this is good info for me to know. My wife's family reunion is near Pinnacles in mid-August. In the past I have fished the river near there. You just saved me a bruised ego and a bad mood. I'll fish somewheres else nearby.
