Weber and about 31st street...?

So, I drive over the Weber at the 31st street exit about once a week and I wondering if anyone can give me some info. Anyone fish that stretch or nearby stretches?

I have more specific questions, but I would rather do them via email...

Lowcountry? or others up that way, can you give me some info? ...is it safe? It looks like some sort of lumberyard along there...is it legal to fish? And what species?

I dont know about the legal part of it but if you go watch out for trouble makers there are alot in that area!
