This past weekend was one of the best times fishing! I had a blast can't wait to return and do it all over.

Nice fish bro. Where did you pick those up? The area looks awesome. Also, we need to figure out a time to hook up. Let me know what works for you, and maybe we can plan something. Again, nice fish.

Rooster good to hear from you, what have you been up to? Have you been to the river you told me about at breakfast? If so how has it been fishing?

Crosby I was not at Daniels.

NICE NOEL! Glad you had a great trip.

I went up and fished for the little ones in your neck of the woods. I took one of your recommendations. I was surprised at some changes that have happened up there. I'm not sure I like them. I felt lost. I was probably battling an 8-incher while you were fighting one of those beauties.

Nice catch!!! So are you hooked now? I spent some time up in your neck of the woods this last weekend and did horrible for some unknown reason.

The area I fished has had major beaver activity. It changed so much from the last time I was there, that I didn't really know how to read the water. All the familiar spots were changed. It was a nice peaceful area and didn't see another angler until I was leaving.

and to think that at one point the man in that picture was so clean cut, he made your average missionary look like Rob Zombie..........

Nice fish 4X!, glad you got into them.

Nice Noel. Those are some good fish.

Man, I thought your go-T would be much longer than that. You're wife is making your trim it, huh?

I'm betting he let the goat dangle into the head cement and it got stuck to the bench...had to rip it off, and a good years worth of growth is now tailing material.

Nice fish, BTW!

4x-

Unfortunately, I have not been up to the river we talked about at breakfast yet this year. My wife has been pretty sick since January, and between work and the kids, fishing time has been limited to a couple of trips down to The Green and a few "extended lunches". I have been to the place you took your son though, and that has been amazing. I am going to head up though tomorrow afternoon, so I will shoot you an e-mail and let you know how it was. We will have to figure out a time to hit it this year.

Take care...

Nightfish & Jason . . . The story behind the shorter goatee? Well, let me just say, my new "T4X Goathair Caddis" is performing beautiful!

I don't have a smoker except steelie but wrong kind of smoke, so I guess I will just have to grill/fry the Salmon.

Fresh Salmon mmmmmmm good!
