Try a little Gold Bond. No chafing, and you get a refreshing tingle all day!

thank heavens the wader days are winding down.

2 months & we'll be chaffed again & complaining about the testicle hammock in our fishing shorts.

I need a pouch of squeakycheeks in my but-bag.....

chaffing comes from sweating and the stuff that comes out through the sweat. deoderant is the only thing any of you have mentioned that STOPS the sweating instead of trying to absorb it.

you can put anything down there you want, and it won't be any more effective then deoderant... I've had plenty of people think I was nuts and believe it sounded weird, but the few I've convinced to try it have never used anything else, and have praised the effectiveness of it. the ones I ahve conviced tried it on a backpacking trip where they didn't shower for 3+ days, and still never had a problem. a second application was required halfway through, but that was it.

nothing else will work the same. tried it all. do yourself a favor, buy a 'test' stick you won't use for anything else except down there. get it from the travel sized section and it will be less then a dollar. I like gel, some other stuff seem to have a bit of alcholol in em, and over time can burn when you put it on.

when a fat person tells you they NEVER have a chaffing problem is it usually good advice to listen lol.

Have tried wearing boxer briefs? Works well as do cycling shorts.

No chaffing for me, my breathables keep me nice, cool and dry. (big circle with a / through it with caption stating "sweaty crotch")

Here's a good t-shirt idea or wader slogan. "Neoprenes cause crotch rott, go breathable"

Ah the days when you had to ride your bike home from the local swimming pool in wet polyestor swim trunks, and by the time you arrived home your inner nut sack had been rubbed raw. And the sting from your sweat was such a joy. Ah the days.

Hey, I guarantee we (the men) can all relate. Just feeling a little nastolgic today and for some reason I'm craving a nice cold Coca Cola and singing campfire songs. Maybe because it's Friday, I don't know.

I'm sickened, you all skin polished up for tomorrow?

Jason, refer to my post on the welll I tried thread regarding your Coca Cola issues.

Sounds like Cary won't be invited to MY bachelor party! I know what he does with the hair!
