I have a used Powell SSL 486 for sale. This is the discontinued medium action rod that Powell sold for around $310 up until about 3 years ago. This rod has been fished for four years but only lightly the last couple. It is in excellent condition but shows some soiling on the cork. I enjoyed this rod because of the nice contro in close, as wells as the way it could shoot some line. It loads with very little line out. It was most enjoyable on small streams to large creeks. It comes with the original padded and divided tube. There is no warranty card. I have pictures available. For $145 I will include shipping in the lower 48. Please call or email with questions.
