Depending on old it is, can't you call them and tell them you want to upgrade. If your satisfied with their service, they might give you a new one for signing a year contract. Or tell them your switching companies and see what they'll do then.

Cardiac, I called each of them personally and paid off their houses for helping me. Sorry I did not announce it publicly until now. WOW I really dropped the ball on that one.
