Lonnie: Mahogany Duns in the Middle Provo? I've ever seen them before. From the mitigation bug reports, it seems that they have rebounded very nicely and even increased in population (tripled in some places). That would be awesome if a few years down the road the MP had an epic Mahogany Dun hatch to look forward to. :-)

Jason,

Here's an image I found. I was right about the gills. I still have mastered going from latin to fishing....

They must be of the bicornuta, debilis or packi species? Late summer to fall hatches? Or is someone seeing a spinner fall of rusty colored mayflies of other mayfly genus?

Just trying to hang with the BIG BOYS!

We haven't seen them, it was just what was in the M.P. bug report. They lumped every thing together in the same genus. We'll keep our eyes open this fall for them. To the causal observer, the nymphs will look alot like some sort of Beatis. I'm pretty damn impressed that you knew three species of Paraleptophlebia, that was more than me. ;-)
