Bugs in a bottle?

Does anybody have a good collection of Aquatic bugs in those small clear bottles? I have a few like stone flies, and caddis. But does someone have an extensive one?

I have about a 20 at eddies shop in orem and some down at Lone Peak i think. I have collected many more than that. A lot of them was from YellowStone from last year.

Let me know if I could use them for one of our T/U meetings! I would like to have a know your bug night with the Weber Chapter of T/U. Let me know if this would be ok with you.... I need to start one, and get more then just a couple bugs.

That would not be a problem at all. Let me know when your TU meeting is and we can meet up. I have some great bugs, and what i think is some kind of aquatic moth, found it at Cascade Springs before they burned it up. I can also give you some good places to go to get samples.

how about getting the group out to collect samples, get 'em pickled(the bugs, not the members) and learn them by doing the ID?

That is a super idea! Jason offered some bug tubes, now just got to get people motivated, and have some party's ummmmmmmm I mean some meetings. Hopefully the group will grow out of these kind of things and we can all learn together. A day on the water sound unbelieveable right now, especially since I haven't been away from my home for weeks now. I went out for a few hours last night to watch my grandkids bowl. Lets just say it was another of those life experiences... Keep the ideas coming.

Oh and Robert, I am going to give it a shot, and see if I can keep it up and running. Wife is not to happy. She wants me to do only those things that make money, not have fun, and more work with out pay!
