Wow, I guess nobody wants to tie any caddis. Maybe we each tie two and then hit the water.

the swap is still a go. Nova let me know if you think it will happen. I would love to see some other's jumping in on this one to make it a successful swap. Some other ideas for flies are Chamois caddis, Peeking caddis, Cased caddis etc. Should be a fairly simple tie even with the Green River Trip coming up. A little Larva Lace, some black dubbing and voila! Caddis!

Swap is still a go as far as im concerned. It maybe a lil early in the season but oh well better early than late. I used one of them bubble caddis in Idaho last year with great success in april so im looking forward to seeing everyones patterns. Depending on how many people get in and how long it takes to fill I will adjust the due date appropriatly.

I will volunteer to tie a Brass & Glass Bead Caddis Pupa (pattern can be found in Schollmeyer's "Nymph Fly-Tying Techniques")

The pattern also uses some Antron dubbing and CDC fiber legs.

Drop me an e-mail and tell me where you want the flies mailed. I didn't have the right color of antron so I tied something a little different using the Llama hair from the other swap. I thought they turned out pretty good hopefully the others will like them.
