After some of us have seen Cheech in action and many of us haven't, I thought you guys might be interested in seeing a tutorial I've been working on. I have been working on it with our man Cheech.

You can find it at this URL:
http://www.infowest.com/personal/h/haddock/tutorial.html

It is a little over 1.2 MB, so it takes a while to load on dial-up. It is still a work in progress. I am still going to add a loading scene and maybe an intro.

(Without a loading screen you need to hit "refresh" once it's all loaded to see it in its full glory)

Cheech...don't let that go to your head. Pretty serious publicity stunt there!....but thanks for not exposing your nipple instead.

Loopy,
I'm going to be in La Verkin over presidents weekend...wanna hit Quail Creek?

Very cool. Looks amazing i just got one suggestion. Get someone who can tye. In al seriousness i think you should get rid of the annoying noise from the buttons at the bottom, i had my volume all the way up and no sound playing. scared the living bejebes out of me. at 1 in the morning my roomates didnt like it either. Looks sharp. Good Job. Josh Hodges
P.S. at the end place a step that gives fishing instructions just an idea, but tying books or the art of flytying CD both have fishing instructions in it. catch my drift..

I really like the tutorial. The tutorial is easy to use and very esthetically pleasing. One question, the finished fly appears to be ribbed what did you use for ribbing?

Yes I am getting rid of the sound. No question. I just need to have sound on the buttons for my assignment. The finished product will NOT have the sound rollovers. Thanks for the input.

I would love to. Unfortunately, my family is coming down to visit that weekend. I will let you know if things change otherwise.

Loopy- Thanks man. that is awesome. Nice work. We'll have to hook up again for another one.

Spotter- The actual finished fly is image 17. The first picture that you see is from UTOF fly archives. I ribbed that one with Red wire.

I am a business administration major with an Internet/VT emphasis. I work as a graphic artist/webmaster full time.

I think that we will have to do more. I'm pleased with how it's turning out...
