Site Upgrade!

Undoubtedly you will all have noticed the updated site. This is just the start of an exciting and long overdue overhaul of UtahOTF. The first obvious update is the upgraded forum software, which is much easier to get around in and has some cool new features that will make UtahOTF life a little easier and a lot more fun. Note that it is possible that there are some bugs around in the forum software, so if you encounter something really strange, please let me know:

After the forums are more or less settled, UtahOTF will then be migrating to a much nicer server which will not bog down under heavy loads like the current one does. At any rate, those are just the first two improvements that are on the list. There will be a lot more coming your way in 2004.

Of major note, you may notice the old "front page" for UtahOTF is currently on hiatus. It may stay that way for a short time. I will fashion some temporary links that allow people to get around to the photo archives, entomology and fly tying stuff this week. Also, searches are currently disabled as the search indexes are being rebuilt. This is a server intensive process, so if you're browsing the site currently, it's probably pretty slow.
