Our next get together will be Thursday January 15th at 7:30pm. It will be held at the Orvis Store in Murray. Dennis Brakke will be giving a slide show presentation on his stillwater fishing trips to the Manitoba, Canada area. This should not be missed. See you all then.

Any tying taking place after the slide show? Just wondering if I should bring the vise.

Probably not. I was thinking that everyone could bring some of their flies they've been tying lately. Show em off. Maybe some new creations or what have you. I heard a rumor there might be refreshments.

Please post a reply if you plan to come.

I wanna see the PB&J Otter fly? Is it Cary and/or Grizz that has one.

Last reminder. See you all tonight. Who's bringing the PB&J fly?

I've got the PB, but I'm fresh out of J. If someone can bring the J & a dozen #6 spring loaded cheese hooks, I'll spin a couple up.

Dues?

Please advise.

I have babysitting duties tonight, so I'll bring her. She can take a nap in one of the doggie beds. It will be a lot better for all of us if Spencer has chocolate chip cookies for her. You got that Spence? Chocolate chip cookies...

Thanks for the wonderful night Dennis. The presentation was great. I hope that I can make a future Canuck trip. Also enjoyed checking out the stillwater patterns you brought. I need to start tying.

For the presentation. This morning, once again, I found myself browsing the gallery on your site & getting all worked up.

Manitoba could be a very nice place to live......

It was nice to see old faces & meet some new ones.

Thx

Thanks to all who came last night. Hope I didn't boor you with the big fish. You can see why I like going back each year. I appreciate the compliments on the program. I guess Spencer is going to have me put it on again, so for those who missed it and wanted to see it, check with Spencer to see when it will be re-scheduled.

If you could post the re-do date here Dennis I would appreciate it. I had to take my Jr. Jazz team to their Jazz game last night so was unable to attend. I'd love to see the pictures to go along with the stories I've heard.

Thanks again Dennis for a great presentation. I still can't believe the size of those fish. Unreal. I'll have to make plans to go up in the next couple of years; save up some vacation time. Thanks to everyone that came and big kudos to Spencer and Orvis for bringing donuts and beverages.
