I have two of these wonders. The first is my 6'9" 5-weight split-cane. What a rod! It throws everything from a #22 midge to a #12 Humpy.
My other Hardy is a 9'3" 7-weight fiberglass rod. It is great on big ponds.
Of course I purchased these probably before many of you were born; e.g. early 1970's. Before the introduction of graphite.
