I have heard alot about this Hoover Hole, and heard Rumors that it was by the Tressel, is this true?

I have arranged my day to be able to head to the Provo for a few and would like to try Fishing by the Hoover Hole.

Well I'm guessing that Either A: N O B O D Y knows about this place. Or B: they won't share any Info.?

Sorry, I guess I'll have to make a trip to Anglers Inn to find out. It's all good! 8^)

Hey, Mr T
Hoover's is higher up -- at least last I fished it. It is on the last little turn off to the left before you go under the "bridge" or "trestle" over the road. Was that the one you were asking about? There is the trestle over the water farther downstream from Hoover's. Anyway, there are a couple of good HOLES around this area. Good luck.

I did make it to the River Jason, sorry I didn't notice your post or we certainly could have hooked up.

ShazerBlaze, thanks for the Info. I did find out about it, and it was PACKED to say the least.

When I walked up to Hoover, there was 4 guys already there and I don't want to fight for Fishing Real Estate. 8^)

Mr. T,
The spot where I talked to you the other day is usually called "Herring". Hoover's (as you now know) is the big hole across from the big turn out before you head up the last hill to the dam. It also had other names close by: phone booth, ladder, pine run etc. I haven't fished Hoover's for years -- too popular.

There is actually a Provo river map that I think Larry Tullis published. It lists most of the common names for holes, riffles, sections etc. I've seen it at Anglers'.
