how about 12 tyers total... everybody will have to send 12 flies for an extra set, and if somebody looses a set it will be a backup. otherwise, it will be donated to a your group of some other fly fishing cause.

ok, would be 2 flies per tyer; 1 dry fly, and 1 nymph. close of swap would be june 10th, and end of swap would be 6/30. (all flies must arrive before the end of june).

so - who's up for the swap?

sure flyrx... I haven no problem with somebody doing that. I almost did 3 flys (streamer, nymph, dry), but thought it would be too overwhelming with the time alotted...

if I don't get more people I'll probably cancel the swap. I know it's a long time until the due date, but there doesn't seem to be much interest so far.

yea - I know people join late... I also know that 9 people don't join late, maybe 2 or 3.

not a biggy... we'll try another one sometime. I knew many people many not join a swap in the warm weather, but thought it was worth a shot.
