Huntington Creek, Lower Fish Creek

I am looking to go to Huntington Creek or Fish Creek tomorrow. Any info about fish or insect activity and access would be appreciated. How are the flows out of what is left of Electric Lake? How about access to Fish Creek on the dirt road from Hwy 6 past Soldier Summit (not from Scofield).
