Help.

I had a wonderful day with Crappie and Bass on a Olive Nymph you gave me at a SLC Tying session last fall. I believe it is a damsel imitation but I really don't care since the fish would not leave it alone.

I just had the one and if memory serves me it had a olive marabou tail, lighter green body with darker thorax and eyes. I think it was tied on a #8/6 hook

I lost the one I had on the bottom. If you would be so kind to send me the materials list I believe I could duplicate.

Thank you.

I'm trying to think of the fly. I remember giving you an Olive Willey. I think it might have been the Cheech's Damsel. It is found on the fly tying page of the site. I have actually found Mike's Damsel to be more realistic and effective (it's also on the site). For the Cheech's Damsel:

Thread: Olive
Eyes: Burned mono
Tail: Marabou
Body: Dubbing
Rib: Fine gold wire
Wingcase: Brown swiss straw
Thorax: Olive buggy dubbing
Legs: Olive mallard

Cheech.

I'll download them and try them all.

Cheech's Damsel took a few Bass which were returned as I was taking just Crappies for a 8 person fish fry. Had quite a few fillets left over because the growing season for warm water species is longer here.
