Fished the area for years and lately been filling like I'm "stuck in a rutt" using the same old flies. Thinking I need to step outside of the box a little. Anyone have any suggestions other than the usual generic nympths, buggers, and caddis imitations???
Thanks,
Chance

don't know if its "generic" or not, but I've always done well there with an all red Killer Caddis.

Chance- is what you are using working? If so---------------------
Winter= midging and nymphing
nymphing
1.PT'S
2.HE'S
3.SJ'S
4.Prince
5.Sparkle pupae
Drys
1.as always caddis
cicadas when its happening
BWO's
Streamers
1. all of them from buggers to Dumbell eyes.

That Damn SJ still amazes me- watch buddies run 2 at once at catch 2 at once.

And now with the sucker spawn--------- little pink egg- it's the only time I use this but the bows are picking those sucker eggs up in certain areas. By the way- look under the top bridge where the bridge starts- way up under- say hi to my rattlesnakes.

I was wondering where the Oneida Narrows are located.
