damsel fly nymph

Do any of you folks that were at the stillwater fly demo a while ago remember how (I think it was mike andreasen) tied that green swiss straw damsel nymph?

I can pretty much guess about how to do do most of it, but I can't remember how he does the swiss straw part of it all.

Any help(details especially) would be greatly appreciated.
