I've been messing around with some new foam patterns and I've seen quite a few that call for layered or laminate foam with different colors. I've been around to a few shops but don't see a lot of selection when it comes to this.

Do you guys glue up your own laminates or what? If so what do you use to glue it? I have the sheet foam in about every color imaginable, so I'm ready to glue if that's what works. Or if you know of any good sources for the foam....

Thanks!

Where is the venerable RAW these days? Haven't seen any posts in a while!

I hope you're out fishing RAW!

3m super spray adhesive is what I use and it works great. There was a thread a few weeks ago this might help.

Curtis...I have twisted foam together and bent it but haven't glued it in layers yet. A company out of Sandy was marketing layered foam but can't remember the name. Anglers had a selection at one time.

Mike...I'm around. Went up to the Idaho FFF show on Saturday. Have been fishing some local streams, tying some flies and trying to stay in shape on my mountain bike. Going after some wipers tomorrow evening at Willard (my 1st time ever), want to mountain bike with FF gear up the Middle Fork of Ogden for some small stream-bred trout on dries and then looking for a few stonefly hatches.

Michael's craft store has sticky-back foam, kind of like tape, neat stuff. Stays flexible, won't stand up to casting by itself though, keeps it together long enough to get some thread on it though
