Great flies everyone, and those recipes look tasty. About the trout sushi one, I'd be up to give it a try, but I need a little reassurance that there are no problems with eating raw trout. I can't remember who submitted that one, and I don't have the cards on me, but you've tried it before and not got sick or anything right?

I'm just an old campaigner that never cooked much beyond skosh, hard tack, salt pork and parched corn.

But I am highly impressed with your 21st century Sushi bars.
The chefs are highly trained to prepare all types of fish. And they all are simply delicious,
raw.


Great food. Prepared in a simple manor.
