I am a beginner fly tier, and I would like to start tying some foam flies (hoppers). I bought some sheets of foam. For some patterns, like the club sandwich, the foam is glued together (I think). What kind of glue is best for gluing together different colors of foam? Thanks-

I use 3m 77 super adhesive it is a spray adhesive you can get a small can for about $3-$4 easy to hold and fits in my fly tying kit or a large can for about $10-$15 really bulky about the size of the old hairspray cans. You can get it at walmart, home depot, lowes, Kmart, ETC. I have tried other Brands but have been happy with 3m it seems to hold up better in cold wet conditions.

Fletch Tite. You can get it at any store that sell archery equipment. If it can hold a fletching on an arrow when you shoot it through an elk, it will hold anything to do with fly tying. Unlike Super Glues that are brittle when it dries, this stuff isn't.
