Otter Creek report

Minivan, others that have been to Otter Creek recently. I would appreciate a report. Thanks.

It was absolutely terrible. The upper lake is very off color. The lower part of the lake, down towards the dam is only slightly off color. But the fishing was mind numbingly slow. One of those weekends where the fishing didn't match the weather. Personally I would wait about 3 weeks. Let the water clear up and warm up. They are filling the reservoir. Currently it is about 60% full.
