I have been working a lot with deer hair lately (divers, muddlers, zuddlers, etc.) Carpman referred me to some gel-spun thread by uni thread. If you ever want to start tying a lot of hair patterns, I would call this purchase a no-brainer. It is awesome. It is by far the strongest thread I have ever used. When working with hair, it makes a BIG difference if you have good materials. Just a suggestion. Thanks Carpman.

Where can I get some in Utah County? Or do you know anyone that has any in stock right now?

I'm going to SLC tonight and I might have time to stop by. Can you give me their address? I have never been there and I heard they will send my broken Brodin net to Brodin, if I drop it off. Any help would be greatly appriciated. fishn

Is it like a 1/0 thread or something?

I will be tying bass bugs and mice, so I'll bring it. I really don't know what different sizes there are, but I got the biggest stuff. I only saw it in white, but there may be other colors. I think Carpman could shed a little bit more light on it. Be prepared. It is $4.99/spool. It's steep but very worth it.

Uni cord is available in 12/0 and 7/0. It is only available in white. It is very fine thread that is strongest when twisted. Use it for spinning deer hair, (like Cheech) tying glo bugs,(for those that fish the spawn) and any tying task that requires strong thread. Try some, it is expensive but you'll like it...........
