View Full Version : California Leech
What is the difference between a California Leech and a regular leech? Can anyone direct me to a picture of one?
Moke is a California leech. Look for his picture on this site. The regular leeches are in there too. LOL :)
Sorry couldn't resist.

A "california leech" is a Bill Scheiss pattern. It is golden brown "spectrumized" dubbing mixed with lite brite, and has a matching marabou tail. The dubbing is available pre-mixed. Fish Tech has both the tied fly and the dubbing...............
California Leech on the left....(of course!)
And a "Nest Egg Sucking Leech" on the right.
(aka....Halliburton Attorney Fly ;)
