I was interested in the pole you started about winter fishing, I guess it got lost...? Could you start it up again, or give the results again?

Mike, Mike, Mike, Where you been buddy? Mike (of Mike and Jason) had a survey going asking how many time a week; month; etc. you think you will be fishing this winter. Didn't you see it?
BTW Saturday Morning, Early, Strawberry; interested?
Sorry, the poll got nuked when I reinstalled the forums... I will start another one. The basic numbers indicated however that about 25% of people fished at least once a week through the winter, 50% fished at least once a month and the other 25% were basically waiting for April or an unusually warm day. Anyway, I digress. I'll put the poll up again!

I fish about 1X week in Spring, Summer and Fall and about once every two to three weeks in Winter. I fish the Weber or the Provo in winter and like to hit various stillwaters and rivers in the warmer months. I think Jason B fishes almost daily, and there are others who are lucky enough to have the spousal approval, work sitatuion, living proximity etc. to fish once every day or two... sighs!

I would probably fish every week if I could get away with it, but I already get beat up with the "your fishing is more important to you than your family" when I try to get away more than about every other week.
A question for you, though, Mike... When you put that survey on the site, it was in the Fly Fishing section, and I never thought about it, until after I responded, that maybe you were only asking about Fly Fishing, Was that the case?
During the other three seasons, I almost exclusively Fly Fish, but I do very much enjoy tipping a jig with a piece of Night Crawler and dropping it down thru a hole in the ice. So I very seldom use a fly December thru February (other than an ice fly, of coarse).
