It's called Decker's lake. I've never fished it but I've seen people fishing it. There are probably a few of your standard warmwater species. (Bass?, Crappie?, Bluegill?, Carp) At least I think there used to be some in there.

Since this is not really a report I dont think this should be a problem. That is decker lake. There is a smorgasborg of fish in that thing. About every five years someone pulls out a 10-15 pound brown. When I was a kid we used to play in the creeks that run through there (they have all been tunnelled and paved over) and we would catch HUGE carp by hand, not to mention frogs and toads, snakes and everything else that moves. I dont know if this would be a good fly fishing lake as it is pretty murky but there are all kinds of fish available.

Even though this is a fly fishing forum I can't help but telling a story on one of my sons about Decker Lake. He got the big idea to bow fish for the carp in there with his compound bow. He was over there and someone saw him and turned him in. They said that he was shooting at the ducks. (he wasn't) He was arrested and fined for discharging a weapon within city limits! and to this day he can't get a concealed weapon permit because of that.
