West Fork of the Blacks Fork

I'm headed up there in a couple weeks, and was courious if any of you guys have any info on the conditions now after the East Fork fire. We're packing into Dead Horse Lake, any info on the stream or the lakes up there would be great? We are also taking a day hike over Dead Horse Pass to Continent, Ledge, Pinney, and Anderson Lakes, located in the upper Rock Creek drainage, any info regarding this would also be very appreciated. I've also heard that it is pretty tough sometimes to get a truck in to the West fork Blacks trail head, is this true?
