I posted on this site about two weeks ago for info on Huntington Creek, Huntington Reservior, Gooseberry Creek, and other waters in that area. I am planning on fishing there next week, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Any information would be appreciated. I will have some members of my family along and would like to know where to go and what to use so they can have success.

There are some pretty nice cuts and tigers there. Early morning and late at night are the best. Good luck. Fish ant patterns and the like.

Jason, Thanks for the information. I am quite familiar with Duck Fork. My son Shazerblaze and I fished it around the 4th of July. Boy what a time we had. We caught about 30 fish that day. The fish were keying on damsel fly adults. It was like a fish hatchery. Fish were jumping out of the water and the flies were so abundant. My brother in law was up last week and pulled in a 19 inch cutt. My son Shae landed a 19 inch rainbow. the biggest I landed was 16 inch cutt. I would like to head up there again. I am not sure about the time factor. It takes about 3.5 hours roundtrip. It might be worth it. The limit at the reservior has been increasd to 16 until October and then it will be cut back. The DWR is going to poison the reservior to get rid of the non native stock and restock with Colorado Cutts, native. This is supposed to be a brood stock program. Any way enough of my ramblings. Tight lines and good flies.
