I Went camping for a few days in Idaho, Bloomington canyon. Fished a little and had some excitement Friday night. Our group was sitting around the fire a nice way to end a great day of fishing. It is now 11:00 pm, a young man came into the camp site and asked if anyone had a cell phone, he needed to call his dad because he had a flat tire.
I noticed he was wet up to his chest and that he had a little blood on his shirt and arms, I asked him how did he get wet the roads are dry, he answered said they have been fishing. I thought it has been dark for quite some time.
We kept asking questions and he kept giving a little more info, but he just kept saying I really messed up over and over. Well to make this short, he was with 3 other kids and they all had been drinking, they rolled their truck over the edge of the road down into the creek and they did have 4 flat tires as well.
The cops were called we only found two of the boys the ones we found said the others were hiding. The truck was finally recovered over the edge which was a long ways down, the truck had to have rolled 4 times at least. And that is all I know.
All I can say is drinking & driving does not mix, we were lucky because they were coming up the canyon and passed our last tent and went over the edge about 200 yards from where we were at.
