Anyone fished Treasureton (or any other southeastern ID stillwaters) recently and could give me an idea of how it's fishing? I'll be happy to trade you a report on another stillwater in southeastern ID for your report on Treasureton. I fished the other water on Saturday, the 20th, and did pretty well. E-mail me at snewman@utah.gov.

Sumner,
Have you heard what's going on with Chesterfield Reservoir. Last year, as you know, they drained it bone dry. I heard this year that they tried to re-fill it and start over. Do you have any news on Chesterfield. Also how's 24 mile been?

I copied this post from my forum boards so that you could see the current situation at Chesterfield and Hawkins Reservoirs. Wish I had a little better new!
Idaho Department of Fish & Game have ordered fish salvage to begin on (2) southeast Idaho reservoirs at this time (7/13/02. Severe drought conditions have claimed Chesterfield and Hawkins Reservoirs. Anglers may take as many fish as they can legally catch. An Idaho fishing license is required. All size and limit restrictions are officially lifted for this summer fishing season. No firearms, explosives, chemicals, or electric current will be allowed to harvest fish.
