Due to excessive water temperatures and effective immediately, the Firehole,
the Madison in the Park, and the Gibbon below the falls are CLOSED to
fishing until further notice. Park biologists will be closely monitoring
the water temperatures and will announce the re-opening when water
temperatures drop sufficiently.
