I have a friend who has a cousin, who wants to maybe try'n build his own rod for the first time. Nothing fancy, 9ft 5WT fast action rig. You know, just to start the learning process of rod building.
Where might they find a complete outfit ready to assemble with all of it's components?

Rod building is fun, I built my first one in 1994. I still have it and love fishing with it.
