Have one family camping weekend left this year. Looks like next weekend. We thought about heading up to the South Fork of the Ogden, but then thought about a little more drive would get us someplace new. Never fished Daniel's and was wondering about camping info. Keep in mind I've got my pregnant wife and teenage daughter along, so I'm looking for a campground with a few more "amenities"...somewhere between the Hilton and the Highway pullout with a juniper bush for a crapper! Also, any recommends on flies, places to fish would be apprieciated.

We will be going to Henry's Lake the third week in October and staying at a buddies cabin. I know a ton has been written about Henry's. Wondered about patterns, places and techniques to use then...if the snow isn't flying and the wind howling.

Daniels has a campground by the boat ramp, but it's not much of a campground, Im not sure there is any water. The are a couple bathrooms, the concrete ones are beter than a juniper bush, the wood out houses are not. The up side is it's free.
I usualy do good this time of year on black leeches. My buddy likes to fish red and green chronimids almost all year and he does good on them too. I might go up for a day that weekend so maybe i'll se ya there.

Thanks for the info. Looks like I'll skip the camping at Daniels and shoot somewhere else.
