Sevier Tiger Eye Blanks

Anyone have any rods on these blanks? How would a 7' 3 wt perform in 2 piece vs 4?

I haven't used one, but a friend of mine likes his 3/4 2pc (I think its 7'6" but maybe 6'6"). I've heard great things about "quality for the price". The only thing I heard bad about tigar eye is the 4/5 blanks. I guess they are REALLY slow and floppy.
I have always had great success with the Batson Rx7 7'9" #3 blanks. But I've only used the 2pc blanks.

What about the difference between any 2 pc and 4 pc in a rod that small.... 7 ft 3 wt? Is there much difference in feel?
