I have just come across a situation that allows me to have MASSIVE amounts of time off;) I'll be at the tying bench a lot (while I'm not fishing.)
Grumpy Frumpies, Stillwater flies, minnows, sow bugs... Let me know.

Hope everything is ok, and it seems to me that things didn't end happily. Window Washing in the winter is really crappy, but very profitable.

I'm in fish hard, tie hard, and search for a job hard. Washing windows, tying flies, and unemployment are paying for the rest. 40 or so people got laid off. It went like this... Company is profitable, owners sell out to third party money mongers, money mongers make "changes" and F the company over, company lays off most of the originals and keep the noobs, company will go under soon.
That being said, I'm looking for something very very soon. Raff has been a big help in the process. Thanks.

All risks the owners should have been aware of in selling out to a PE group. Many times they aren't in it for the long-haul, but want to lean down the company to max profits (what they are doing now). Then they sell it. That's my guess.
It all sucks though.
