Hi - I'm new to fly fishing and relatively new to fishing in Utah in general. I'm taking a fly rod and a spincaster up into the Rocky Creek drainage area (east of Rocky Sea Pass) - Black Lake, Ouray Lake, Lightening Lake. I have two questions, please:
* What flies would be good for fly fishing? So far, I've heard elk hair caddis, Renegade, Yellow Humpy, Caddis Emergers. Any other good recommendations?
* What sizes are legal to keep while we're up there? Or better, can someone provide a URL to a resource which will tell me that, so I can find out on my own (teach me to fish...)?
