Thought some of you would find this a good read.
Anyone fish there recently?

The stream below Joe's Valley, I think it is called Cottonwood Creek (like mnay others) is a lot of fun to fish. Big deep holes, one year I killed there for three days in a row on black crickets..floating still on top of calm deep pools, the fiesty 12 in browns would rocket from deep in the pool and slam the crickets. Other times humpys and other dries were fun. Its a fun place to fly fish... albeit about 3.5 hours from SLC, if I remember correctly.

I've never fished for Splake before. Are they easy to target with a fly rod? It would be fun to catch a new species for me.
