Guys,
I'm tired of paying for gas and fishing all alone...(actually my wife said that if I want to continue fishing as much as I used to that I better come up with a creative pay-as-you-go plan...).
So here is my plan... I have two Outcast 9000 pontoons, electric motors and batteries. If anyone wants to go stillwater flyfishing with me, I'll provide the transportation via my Ford Expedition, the trailer, the pontoons, and even a pair of kick fins if you don't have your own fins.
You will have to bring your own personal fishing gear, buy the gas and pay for parking which is about $25.00 round trip to any of the local lakes from Mantua in the north to Schofield in the South.
If you want to fish Stillwater with me drop me an email...
Jeff

Are they registered and do they come with life jackets, don't need a CO coming up and asking for me to pay the fines as well. Let alone get towed into to sure like Mike. LOL
LMK, I could be interested.

Is that the going rate? Man, seems a bit steep.
What if we don't catch any? is there a money back guarantee? is there a minimum fish limit? what if I only catch 3? do I get half my money back? what if I totally smoke you and catch like 50 to your 5, lol. Do I earn a free trip?
Just kidding. It's a sweet deal. I'll take you up on it. (if you buy lunch and the worms). lol.
I'm out of fishing mode until the 17th, but I'll email you after that and we'll set it up. Your company alone is worth... at least....25 cents.

Jeff-
I'm going to the Green tomorrow for a week, but would like to fish with ya when I get back. I have all my own pontoon, etc., just need to stillwater with some more people.
I went with Ezlehappy this week to the 'Berry and learned some things.
Plus I'm curious as to what a Silver Beaver Scouter is. :-)
We should have a UTOF stillwater meeting up there this summer with a bunch of us. Sort of like the Mantua BBQ

Sounds to me like you all need to charter a big Wendover bus to Strawberry.
Maybe we should have the Utah On The Fly Strawberry charter day! I can just see fanatic in the back of the bus drunk as a skunk telling fish stories.

You had better let your wife know that you are booked on your anniversary as well as her birthday with UOTF fishing trips. Sounds like you will not have much free time.

I stillwater fish alone quite often. Most of my friends are too busy to fish. I have a 14ft tracker, it helps you get around to all of the lake, so your not stuck in one bay. I'll take anyone who would like to go . Robert W

I have weekends off and I will fish anywhere with a fly rod. My favorite place to fish is Henrys Lake. I fish Strawberry, Scofield, Provo, and the Green a lot. I love to tye flies and make-up new patterns.. I get off work early (2-3pm) a lot, so I can do week- day trips. I would love to fish with some new people. Robert W..

Jeff I find it hard to fill the second seat also. Used to go with the wife but then we had to get a sitter for us both to go and she hasn't enen used her new breathables in 2 years. I take a new fisher a couple times a year but haven't created another fishoholic yet. I can go weekdays, live in Sandy. I will email you.

Jeff, sounds like a great deal!!!
Next time I'm around Utah Valley we will need to hook up.........
This South Dakota Fly Fishing is OK, but NOTHING like home.
Maybe if I say there's No Place like Fly Fishing in Utah three times and Click the heels of my Waders I can come home :-) :-)

Currently we are working 60-70 Hours per week, this project is enormous!
Sturgis Bike Rally is coming in August and they need 350,000 Tons of material excavated and moved before the Biker invasion.
After the Rally we will cut back to 50 Hours a week, and then I can start coming home more frequently, which will be great.
Anywho I am not dead yet, it just feels like it, sometimes. :-)
I am looking forward to some Fly Fishing next weekend at the old Family reunion, so look out Rock Creek here I come!

Sounds good to me.
I live in Pleasant Grove.
Unfortunately, I will have to wait about two months to do it; but after that I really want to.
I'll do everything I can to do my part, be a good fishing buddy, and, of course, pay the approximately $25.
I am 61, but young at heart.
I would need two weeks notice to arrange the days off. I don't fish on Sunday.
Mac :)
