Fished the lower on Friday and there were quite a few fish on redds. I guess the debate is whether to leave them alone, or stomp through them to keep fish numbers down. There was the debate of how many fish to harvest to keep the browns in check. Some would say that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
