Traffic through Huntington?

Has anyone been through Huntington recently? I would really like to get down there this weekend, however, with the tragic events at the mine I am not sure I would be able to find a spot to camp. We usually camp up the Left Fork which is a bit up canyon from the mine, but just want to make sure before pulling the trailer down.

Where do you put a trailer on the left fork? Kinda curious, sounds like a hell of a ride! I was there Tues and Wednesday, that mine is a ways away from the fishing you should be fine.

If you are traveling from the Wasatch Front, I think it is faster to go over Fairfiew Canyon to get to Huntington Canyon anyway and the Mine is quite low in Huntington Canyon. You would bypass all of the congestion. From the Price area you could allways go around by way of Scofield if the congestion is that bad. If you are from Emery County you are allready sick of crowds and media and want to go far away to fish anyway.
