Spent the weekend on the Green. Couldn't use the Dan Craft, throwing
big bugs so I had to us a nameless 6 wt that I have come to lets just say
not like. Got to make a Dan Craft boat rod.
The fishing was a bit slow but the redneck rec floaters were out in force.
We saw Larry the Cable guys brother so many times I lost count. Large naked burly men and women, what a sight.

Dan, Happy birthday, I thought I saw you on Sat and should have tossed a beer in your direction (you and your buddy looked well provisioned, however!), was that you fishing the river right below secret riffle? My eyesight aint what it used to be, but I was on the grey raft loaded such that it resembled the Beverly Hill Billy's rig. Peter (ByteMe) and our sons were with us. We chatted a bit as we floated on by. I thought I recognized your grey Bucks Bronco.

Yes, the redneck quotient on the Green has skyrocketed. there were A-holes jumping of ledges, even a cuople flying of the big rock at pipe creek. that time of year for sure.
