I was curious if there are any regulations that prevent you from fishing at night? I haven't found any but I could be missing them?

I haven't looked thru the Utah Proc this year- probably open to night fishing- I know Henrys in Idaho is not----- I fish the rivers at night during the summer- watch your fly-- I have killed my share of bats and I don't have a place in my heart for them.
Have access to the Weber? Get there just at dusk on a night of full moon. Take streamers, muddlers and some deer hair mice. Cast to the opposite bank and strip the streamers and muddlers around or wiggle a mouse across. It's surprising how much light full moon produces. Be sneaky. Don't crash around the bank or water. Monsters will appear in the shape of trout if you're careful and lucky. Last year I had one grab a muddler and head for the other county. I could feel him/her shake its head. About ripped the rod from my hands, broke my line and was gone. My fishing partner was using a Rapala (this is for you crimedog) and caught a nice fat 23" brown out of the same hole. There are some goodies that come out to play night games!
