For organizational purposes how do you all store your emergers.
I have a fly box for drys, nymphs, and streamers. I like to run a tight ship on my organization and like them to be lined up like little soldiers.
Do you guys keep them in their own box or store them with drys or nymphs.

All my flies are stored by specific hatch; dry's, emergers and nymph's are stored together. (All Mayflies, Midge, Caddis Terrestrials, Streamers, Mice, attractors, etc all have their own separate box) Small stream flies are in a separate box as well and new prototypes are kept in a small container. Yes I have too many flies.

I do the same. Some of my boxes have a little bit of overlap of hatches. I have my boxes labeled on the outside as well so it's easy to find what I need. You can never have too many flies. :-)

ditto. I tie and organize my fly boxes from the spent or spinner stage down to the soft hackle. That usually includes varying sizes and colors of spinners or spent caddis, several types and sizes of adults, then emergers and then soft hackles.
Then I have boxes for stoneflies, streamers, rodents etc.
It's nice because you can just grab the boxes that you know you'll need.

Wow, I thought I was a fly box nazi.
I dont have enough flys or fly boxes for that. But it really makes alot of sense.

I used to get all sorts of flies and bull crap. I am realizing that you just don't need that much. You just need lots of what you have. I have all of my dries on one side hoppers and buggers on the other of a 4x8 (guessing) box and then I keep all of my nymphs in a seperate box. Not very organized at all. Maybe thats why its so damn hard to find a fly when I need it.

I have my flyboxes organized by species like has been discussed here by others. I have a caddis box and it has dries, pupa and larvae. The mayfly boxes have emergers, nymphs and dries, etc.
I a new C&F box that I have a goal to fill with three each of my most used flies. That way, if I always have that box with me, it won't matter if I left my midge box home due it being July, I will have a couple of go-to midge patterns in my "Go-to" box. Anyway, rather than raid my other boxes to fill the Go-to box, I have been trying to use it as motivation to actually get some tying done. Not working so far.

I try to squeeze as many good flies into as little space as possible so I am not carrying around a lot of air. It is hard to organize them but I carry minimal patterns to overlap hatches as much as possible. I need to tie more parachutes in bigger sizes.

I keep all my hoppers in one Altoid tin and all my cicadas in another Altiod tin. Then I have some other Altoid tins with hatch matchers and one with experimentals. Then I just bum flies from guys like FlySmyth when I need the "real" flies because his are the only ones that will work under given situations. And yes, they are the actual flies that he fishes with too.
