WTB: 9' or 8'6" 5 wt.

Hey guys, one of my good friends is looking to get into a decent 9' 5wt or 8'6" 5 wt. fly rod.
I am thinking TFO Professional, TICR, TICRX, St. Croix Avid, or any other pretty fast action rod. Slightly used is ok. Four piece rod is preferable.
He's looking to spend $75-125+shipping.
