Anybody have and want to part with an outboard motor. Preferrably around 10 horses. The one I have works but is kind of a POS.
Let me know.
Thanks,
Cheech

I've actually seen a guy at the Berry from Idaho with and 8 horse motor on the back to get him where he's going then to boot he had a 45 lb thrust electric up front and this was on a Buck's Bag Bronco...what a site

Does it matter where the guy was from? Us Idaho guys get a bad rap.

Doug, a few years back, Joni and I went to Jordanelle. Saw a couple guys with Water Otters kickboats. Brand new. Had 5 hp Mercs on them. Both got rigged up, reached back and pulled the cord. Let them idle for a few and put them in gear. Cheech could have waterskied behind them while the motor idled. It did get them to the other side really quick though. A few years back I tried a gas 3 hp Merc (I think it was a 3 hp) up at Daniels one day. Biggest pain the the arse ever. Kickboats should stick to electric motors.
Cheech, what you wanna pay?

Try the classifieds on KSL.com You can buy just about anything on that site and it gets a lot of traffic.

Something to keep in mind: you get your fly line caught in a bigger motor, you can kiss your fly line and maybe your rod goodbye.
I have had mine caught in an electric motor and that was bad enough.
