I am selling a G Loomis Streamdance GLX Presentation 7' 9" #3 wieght rod. The rod has never been fished or even cast on the lawn. I am really sad to see this beauty go but I just can't afford to keep it. The Rod retails at 585$ and I am asking 415$. It is the perfect stream and smaller river rod. The only negative is that I don't have the warranty card. I do have the factory case and sock. I live in American Fork by the I-15 if you want to stop by and check it out. I will be happy to meet you in the area since my house can be hard to find. I will mail it to someone if they don't want to make the trip and I could possibly borrow a digital camera if you would like a pick. Email me with questions or interest at poppalove4@hotmail.com.

Not sure if you are in the market for a trade? I have a Bibler Fitzroy tent...never been used, never been outside...bar none the beefiest 4 season tent made...have spent rainy weeks in Alaska in a similar model...bone dry.

Retails for 699....the trade would be in your favor, no doubt.

I have an early version of the Loomis GLX 3 wt (3 piece). It is so light that my four and five weights seem heavy. It is a great rod!

Shouldn't a four and five weight seem heavy compared to a three weight?

Right.....the four and five weights should be heavier given the same length. What I mean is the four and five weights are "heavy". Not only can you tell they are heavier than the three weight, but it the four and five weights are so heavy that the three weight feels like it has no weight.
